Hi everyone! I’m Harmony. I live in San Francisco with my wife, and our 16-month old daughter.

Sunset Milled is my San Francisco kitchen project: fresh-milled recipes that feel doable in real life. I started milling flour because I couldn’t unlearn what I was seeing — better flavor, better texture, and a deeper connection to the food I make for my family and community.

You’ll find sourdough, bread-maker loaves, cookies, and weeknight-friendly bakes plus fermentation notes and grain swaps that make fresh-milled baking less mysterious and more repeatable.

When I’m not baking, I’m usually exploring SF (on foot or bike) to find good food or hosting friends/family. I’m so glad you’re here and I’m excited to learn together!
